Quality Manager (Acting)
Md. Robiul Hoq completed his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Northern University Bangladesh in 2022 and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Uttara Polytechnic Institute in 2019. He is an expert in physical, mechanical, and durability testing of geotextile and geotextile-related products, including PVD (Prefabricated Vertical Drains) and Geogrids.
He has over 8 years of experience in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO 9001:2015 accredited geotextile testing laboratories. Currently serving as the Acting Quality Manager at Bangladesh Research and Testing Laboratory Ltd. (BRTL). He is responsible for implementing the Quality Management System (QMS), conducting internal audits, planning staff training, maintaining document control, ensuring regulatory compliance, and signing test reports.
Md. Robiul Hoq has successfully completed several professional training programs from the Bangladesh Accreditation Board (BAB) and TQSI, including:
• Understanding Training on ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (BAB)
• Understanding Training on ISO 9001:2015 (TQSI)
• Internal Auditor Training on ISO 9001:2015 (TQSI)
He is dedicated to ensuring technical reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in laboratory operations.
